1. Orders are only accepted on the following terms & conditions unless stated in writing by ourselves.Our terms & conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the Buyer & take precedence over any stipulations of the Buyer's own terms & conditions. 2.Unless credit terms have been agreed payment should be made in full at the time of placing the order. 3. We shall not be responsible for loss arising from delay or failure to deliver arising from causes beyond our control. These include Act of God,war,civil disturbance,riot, industrial action or dispute, natural calamity, controls, restrictions or prohibitions of Governmnet or other competent authority, fire, flood, sabotage or non-availability of materials 4.All sizes quoted are approximate. 5.We & the carrier must be notified in writing if the goods have not been delivered within 7 (seven) days of the Buyer's receipt of our invoice or within 3 (three) days of the arrival of the goods in the event of any deficiency (not that referred to in clause 3) or in the event of damage. 6.The Buyer shall inspect the goods upon delivery.As regards goods manufactured by us we shall at our option make good by repair or replacement any defects due solely to defective workmanship or materials which are notified to us within 2 (two) weeks from the day the item/s were received. 7.Goods should match any description to them. 8. Goods should be of satisfactory quality i.e they should meet the standard a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory taking account of any description of the goods. 9.Goods shall be fit for all purposes for which goods of the kind in question are commonly supplied. When consumers complain about goods they frequently say that they are "faulty". What this means in legal terms, is that the goods do not confirm to contract, although this is not the language that the typical consumer uses.
